It’s an ideal choice whether you’re a busy student looking for quick comfort food or someone eager for a flavorful lunch or dinner.
The menu is a treasure trove of Vietnamese classics, with some standout highlights that have garnered rave reviews. Their Grilled Pork Banh Mi and BBQ Pork Banh Mi are crafted with freshly baked, airy bread that’s crispy to perfection—a texture that, as one diner put it, creates a “symphony of crackles” with every bite. The sandwiches come generously stuffed; the beef banh mi is especially renowned for its tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat paired with crisp pickled veggies and a gentle kick of jalapeños. For a plant-based option, the Tofu Banh Mi doesn’t disappoint, packing bold flavors that rival its meaty counterparts.
Another must-try is the range of fragrant and soul-warming soups. Yeh Yeh’s Beef Pho with Brisket and Ribeye offers a robust broth that’s both hearty and comforting. Patrons appreciate the option of customizing their meats, and the comforting hot broth delivers a warmth that perfectly complements the fresh herbs and rice noodles. The Vietnamese Beef Stew is equally satisfying, shining with tender beef and deep, rich flavors that simmer into every spoonful. Though some find the pho “so-so,” many others rave about its solid, authentic taste that compares favorably against pricier pho establishments in the area.
Appetizers like the Pot Stickers, Pork Shrimp Spring Rolls, and crispy Egg Rolls bring delightful textures and bold seasoning to start your meal. The refreshing Vietnamese salads, including the Vermicelli Bun and Papaya Salad, offer a crisp, tangy contrast that lightens the palate beautifully. And don’t miss the variety of iced drinks—from the robust Vietnamese Iced Coffee to the playful Mango Bubble Tea and creamy Thai Iced Tea—each one a perfect partner to cool and refresh as you indulge in the vibrant dishes.
Yeh Yeh’s commitment to delivering generous portions at remarkably affordable prices stands out as a defining strength. Guests note that it’s “such a good deal,” especially for students or anyone craving fast, hearty comfort food without breaking the bank. food was great and i asked for a hot broth and they gave us hot broth. i choose 3 different meat with the same price to me its such a good deal especially for students or for a quick comfort food.
The pho is amazing! The banh mi are delicious. BIGGEST variety of of banh mi i have ever seen anywhere else! So many flavors to choose from. And the price is cheaper than every vietnamese spot i have ever been to. Definitely coming back!!!
Delicious, savory banh mi's with HUGE portions in a humble setting. The beef banh mi here is LIFE-CHANGING! I ordered extra meat, and they did not skimp—the beef was incredibly tender, and the crisp pickled veggies and crunchy jalapeños balanced it all out perfectly. Yeh Yeh’s has the fluffiest, most tender bread I’ve ever tried—every bite is a symphony of crackles! The pâté was buttery, umami-packed, and added a creamy richness to the sandwich. The Vietnamese iced coffee was a bit too strong and bitter for my taste, but honestly, the sandwiches are the real star of the show. The portion sizes are insane—each banh mi is only $8–$15 and could keep you full all day. This spot may be unassuming, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. It gets busy at lunchtime, but service is lightning fast! If you want a quick, no-frills lunch with hearty portions and fresh ingredients, this is the spot for you!
Great sandwich and spring rolls, even more so considering the price. Pho soup is so so for me.
Pho is as good as other pho stores with higher price if not better. Order and pay before eating like fast food places, and they are fast in service- it took 9 minutes from the time we park to the time food ready to eat. The interior decor is simple but fairly clean. The vegetable market back end facing the front door next is a bit cluttered.
Their vermicelli noodles were soo so good. Flavorful and quick service. The location was underwhelming. But the food. So good.
I truly and deeply love Yeh Yeh's Sandwiches. This is exactly the kind of business I want to continuously give my money to. Non-hyperbolically the best banh mi and fresh spring rolls around. My favorite is the beef banh mi. I used to work at Edmonds College, right nearby, and would regularly buzz over to get a sandwich on my lunch break. I've gotten pho here a couple of times, and it was good, kind of peppery but not bad. But the banh mi is really the star of the show. Love the atmosphere--it's simply a chill place to get a quick bite, no frills. It's awesome that the Asian market is right across the way. I have memories of my grandma going to Yeh Yeh's to get some sandwiches after we finished grocery shopping. I've also done large catered orders from them of 50+ sanwiches and spring rolls and it is always so easy working with them. I tried to pay pull price, but they insisted on giving me a small discount for the large orders and brought the food out to my car. One thing which is not really in their control is that the parking lot can be slightly treacherous, but if you're paying attention you'll be fine. Thank you Yeh Yeh's Sandwiches I hope you stay in business forever and ever <3
